The Villa is located in the most beautiful and most peaceful part of Baška Voda, in the forest area "Rogač, 50m from the pebble beach, overlooking the center of Baška Voda,
on the marina with boats, the islands of Brač and Hvar, on the Pelješac peninsula and the mountain Biokovo.

Villa is ideal for rest and sleep for a long time without the noise of cars with all-day singing and crickets chirping birds.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom, living room + dining room with possibility of additional beds for 1 or 2 persons, fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove električni, apparatus for cooking coffee, dishes and kitchen utensils.
