- the house has its own car - parking and there is also possibitilty to use grill
- arrivals of the guests are acceptable after 12 o'clock (noon), and departures of the guests are wanted by 10 o'clock

- in the large apartment on the first floor (three rooms + living room) there is washing machine
- guests can use plastic arm - chairs for beach in front of the house without any charge

Thanks to natural thickness of the vegatation, the house is also natural conditioned. The immediate vicinity of the sea and light wind by night give you nice rest.
The beach in front of the house is sandy and around 20 m further there is beach with pebbles. In the sea there is only sand.

The house is located 50 m from the entrance to the touristical settlement, 500 m from the nearest oil - station, 1 km from the town of Nin and 12 km from the city of
Zadar.
There is possibility to visit few national parks in circle of 150 km of distance: Paklenica, Kornati, Krka's waterfalls, Plitivice lakes and Cerovac caves on the Velebit mountain.

ZATON
This touristical place is
located 16 km North of the city of Zadar, towards town of Nin.
It is small place with apartments and camp, and it is great
for family vacation, fun and sport. There is pine-wood and
sandy and rocky beaches. Zaton has big offer of restaurants,
supermarket, disco club, coffee places... Rich offer of sports
(horse-back riding, tennis, diving and water sports) make your
vacation as pleasant as possible, especially if you are lover
of active vacation.
