Enquiries for accommodation booking are sent by e - mail address on the web site. After receipt of the enquiry, agent will check availability of service requested and he will confirm booking or he will offer alternative possibilities to the client. If the client is satisfied with the offer, it is necessary to send the final confirmation. In reservation the client needs to provide all information requested in the process of booking. After receiving of the booking confirmation from the client, the agent sends estimate for advance payment, together with all necessary information or payment over the bank account. After the receipt of payment on the account, agent sends confirmation about it to the client. For accommodation booking it is requested to pay advance of 30 to 50 per cent of the price, and the rest is paid to owner after arrival to accommodation unit. If the client wants, he can pay the whole amount right after the receipt of the estimate.
Payment is made: 1. payment via bank transfer on the bank account.
All requested information for payment on the bank account the client gets with the estimate for advance.
Accommodation fee is daily and is paid separated, in the accommodation unit.
